Looking to earn some exta cash? - Strawberry Picking?

Hi there, does anyone know any places that pay you to pick strawberry's in the North West a quick google reviled places you can "pick your own" but does not mention you can be paid for it?

Back in Lincolnshire, where a lot of fruit picking goes on (where I'm from) it was all agency staff. I'd get in touch with the NW agencies and see if they're taking on.0

These people will be worth a look. Be warned though agricultural work is very tough, long hours, back breaking etc. Minimum wage is payable and it is probably possible to earn a decent sum via productivity bonus. I would suggest that you have left it too late for this season. Think of all the students from Eastern Europe. Even if you did get a sniff of a job if you aren't already physically fit I doubt if you would last 1/2 a day. Picking you own is not a true reflection of the work.
