    fatbelly: Yes I have taken advice and done a SOA. I'm getting help from NDL - although I have'nt yet discussed F&F with them.

    Have a chat with them.

    F&F works best when the client actually has the cash to make the offer. If you're thinking of borrowing money (from family?) to make the offers then you are just moving the debt even thoughyou are reduciing it a bit.

    You can't guarantee that all the creditors willl accept your offers and so where does that leave you? Still looking at bankruptcy but now having treated some creditors preferentially to others and risking a restriction order, and having wasted family money.
