Wedding Underwear

Heya all.

This is a bit embarrassing but I don't know where else to ask.:o

My wedding dress is strapless and has a low corset type tie-back.

I really need help with what type of bra to wear. :o My bust size is a 32AA (or 32A depending on where I buy bras from) but ideally I'd like something that would boost my bust a little bit.:o

I was thinking maybe one of those self adhesive gel bras but I'm not sure how good they or or if it would stay in put.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

Why not go to your nearest Debenhams & talk to the nice bra-fitting ladies there? That's what I will be doing tomorrow evening (although as a 32DD, I don't need any encouragement!)

what about a bigger than normal size strapless bra but with 'chicken fillets' inside
the thing is your dress is the most important factor as it all has to go around that
will it gape if your bust is too big or will the bra show
your best bet is maybe to go to the shop you got your dress from or a nice bridalwear shop where you could go and try on their underwear with your dress
I am not bossy I just have better ideas:p
  • Hi LadyMorticia,

I'm having a similar dress and will be wearing a strapless bra. It's heavily padded at the bottom of the cups, sort of like a 'shelf', lol and it holds up really really well. I think I got mine really cheaply out of Peacocks (it was a while ago).

    Hope this helps

I have small boobies and im not wearing a bra. my dress is tight and i feel really hot in a bra in it so the lovely seamstress in my dress shop is sewing chicken fillets into my wedding dress!! Woop!

I think I'll be doing the same! I don't want to be adjusting myself all day and I'll be too hot as it is so I really hope they can slip some chicken fillets into the bust so I can pretend its all natural! ;)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Hi LM, as a fellow 'smally' at 34A I got the wonderbra strapless which is amazing! The 'stick on' bra are pretty good on a smaller bust too.
:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:

I bought the wonderbra ultimate strapless bra as having a small chest myself I always have probs keeping my bra in place. Seriously this thing is brilliant, I reckon I could go jogging and it would stay in place. It doesn't give me a particularly amazing shape but to be honest I'm kinda used to my small chest by now so its not an issue.
