hi,
im trying to help a friend who has been sacked for gross misconduct (her appeal with the company was declined and that was 4 months ago) she is to late to go to the employment tribunal as i believe the time frame for that is 3 months. my question is can she bring her own civil proceedings against the company.
The reason she didnt go to the et is because a online company advised her to not rock the boat while she was looking for another job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thanks in advance
(how dodgy does that sound- im trying to help a friend- lol- but truely i am)

Yes, I'm afraid she is too late. The deadline is 3 months and they do enforce this.
Sorry, I don't know about civil proceedings.Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
