Actually, yes it was an ongoing problem, there seemed to be two users with the same name. I had to contact admin to be able to post.

I received an "order received" email but when I checked the order status on my play.com account it shows as "cancelled". I haven't received an "order cancelled" email.

So far I did not receive any cancellation email. When I looked up at play.com account, below is the status. Not sure what to assume by looking at this: Let me wait and see. I think since it is in packing, I should get it.

Cancelled here too. Terrible service, t&c's state an email will be sent for any cancellation but no email for me.

Hopefully you will be lucky but people on another site have reported getting their order cancelled after it had gone to the packing status, good luck though. BTW your screenshot shows your full name and addy, maybe best to edit that out lol.

I'm not surprised they cancelled the order considering these chargers seem to sell from anywhere between £13.99 (play) and £25.99 (amazon)

I got one from Amazon for £5 before they put the price up to £25.99 so I'm not surprised play didn't honour their misprice with people ordering 3 at a time.

The version i got, which is great, can be ordered for £13.99. After all you can only use one charger at once ;-)
