I usually find it only keeps another 2-3days at most, for some reason Couscous and bulger wheat seem to go off really quickly. You will be able to tell, it smells foul and gets sticky. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

I freeze leftover cous cous or bulghur wheat, and it's fine when defrosted, can eat cold or reheat!0

Thanks JG, it smelt ok but decided not to use it. Must remember to cook smaller quantities as it doubles in size when cooked. Thanks again tulip120
