get paid £1.33 for requesting a free cat goodie pack

I've seen similar but not exactly the same posted before, sorry if this is a duplicate.

if you request a free cat care pack from whiskas (it comes with a few food sachets & toy mouse & money of voucher etc) - quidco pay you £1.33.

The people at whiskas seem to have a good register of who's already applied and won't let you apply 2x (you'll get and e-mail afterwards saying go away)

Thanks. Have applied. After submitting my (and my cat's) details, got this message "Thank you for giving us your details. Should you meet all the necessary conditions, you'll receive your free WHISKAS Kitten Care Pack within the next 28 days." What are "all the necessary conditions"?
