To sell or keep my Endowment??

I have an Endowment which was set to pay out £29,000 and has 18 months left to run. It was worth only £15,000 a month ago and this has now dropped to £14,100 should I just get rid or hold in and hope it will go up again!! If I sell where do I do it or should I just get provider to sell for me (Abbey Life).
I have now remortgaged on a repayment mortgage so don't need it to pay off morgage now (thank god)!!

I seem to recall that all Abbey life plans are unit linked so you cant sell them.It was worth only £15,000 a month ago and this has now dropped to £14,100
Markets have fallen back in the last few weeks. Without a crystal ball its impossible to say whats best.
