Hi All
This is my first post on this forum and i hope experts will help me out and give me good advice.
I am living and working in London from last 5 years and earnings 26k a year and renting a 2 bed flat which cost me around £830 a month and i thoughts its a waste of money as this place will never belongs to me.
I do not have much saving for deposit and willing to go for Part buy-ownership mortgage so at least end of the day it will be mine. Better then i will for someone property i will pay for my own.
Please advice.
