The Insolvency Service is committed to providing the best service to its customers. We have been developing a comprehensive IT led change programme (which we call Enabling the Future), and as part of this programme, we are pleased to announce the replacement and modernisation of our insolvency case management IT systems.

In order to accomplish the change, essential work will be carried out between [STRIKE]2 July and 12 July 2010[/STRIKE] 16 July 2010 – 26 July 2010
. For the majority of our customers there will be no disruption to the service we provide during this period however, some facilities will not be available, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result. To see how this may affect you, further information is provided on our website at the following Link Change To Insolvency IT

Between 2 and 12 July 2010, there will be a short interruption to our Online Forms Service. If you submit any information through the Online Forms Service during this period, the official receiver's staff will ask you to provide a paper copy. If you are bankrupt, subject to a debt relief order, or the director of a company in compulsory liquidation, the official receiver will continue to carry out his duties throughout the change. Your statutory duty to co-operate with his enquiries remains unaffected. If you have an Income Payments Agreement or Income Payments Order, you should continue to make any payments that are due.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
In order to accomplish the change, essential work will be carried out between 16 July 2010 – 26 July 2010

If your court operates a walk in system make sure they are still doing so during this time. Our OR office have asked for no petitions to be heard during this period. xxx

Hi all, just a quick heads up. The upgrade has now been suspended indefinitely and so everything should be working as normal until further notice!

    Thanks

From what i hear it is an IT problem and not a budget one, but it does make you wonder if it will get dropped altogether
