Urgent help needed

I had a debit card loan with ''cash genie'' i came short of work so i was unable to make any payment... somehow they have accesed my CREDIT CARD DETAILS which i have not provided to anybody or company and have been withdrawing 10ps £1's £10's £20's ???? surely this is against the law?

    It depends what you signed up to. Have a look at the terms and conditions. They must have got your credit card details from somewhere, so why not ask them?
    I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.

    The chances of them guessing those numbers are somewhat remote.

    You must have submitted them somewhere whilst applying for this loan.
    All this is usually covered in the Agreement, where if you fail to make a payment you agree they can use wither debit/credit card to take any amount up to the full amount outstanding.

    The very best thing you can do is to let them have their money, find some for your living elsewhere.
