Bingo Britain help

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me. I have just signed up to Bingo Britain and deposited £10 to get £5 free play every day for a month.

So i started by playing a couple of games with my initial £10 and i won a couple of times and then i received my £5 daily bonus. However the games i'm playing are being taken out of the pot that contains my initial deposit and my winnings.

How do i pay using the free £5's? I don't want to lose it.. because it's my understanding that i have to spend that £5 today otherwise i lose it but if it keeps taking the money from my winnings i will never get anywhere.

Am i being completely blonde? Is it as simple as just withdrawing everything but the free £5?

I don't want to lose out here but can't seem to find the info anywhere.

Help!!!!

Hanb

I thought you had to play out your initial £10 deposit

I thought I had but because my winnings are now in there i'm not entirely sure what's come from the initial deposit and what's winnings. I deposited £10 and won twice totalling £20.30 my current total is £16.90 + £5 bonus so i've spent the depost but it just keeps paying for the games out of the pot and not the bonus.

I'm probably missing something really obvious but at the moment the £5 free play seems pointless as i'm still paying for the games out of my winnings..

Sorry for the confusion but i think i get it now - the bonus cash can't be used until my pot reaches zero so i need to either lose all the money or win over £20 so that i can withdraw it and get to nil.

    Sorry for the confusion.

I'm a bit too blonde sometimes.
