I'm with SMILE- if you don't want to phone with any queries, you can secure message and they are always prompt and helpful.

Any time I have phones they have been helpful and I can uncerstand them, and I like to think because they are in the UK they won't be tempted to sell on my bank details like some reports from overseas centres.

Good on you for keeping it UK based.

  • RBS or NWB and have comitted not to move jobs overseas (the others havent) lets see how many keep the jobs here with bad debts climbing....

Yeah they don't offer a super dooper intrest current account but do have some very good mortage products, Better than most customer service (usually).

I also quite like my packaged account which although I pay a little and I get very good yearly worldwide travel insurance (that is very comprehensive and better than a lot of paid for policies), Home repair insurance (that includes call out and an hours labour - handy for lost keys, a leaky pipe or somthing) (there are some other discounts some I find usefull some not so but the first two more than cover their cost in last few years)...

Anyway I Like the service I get
