Bankruptcy questions - 'allowed costs'

Hi Guys

Trying to help a friend (still). Friend was unemployed and going to go bankrupt. Now has now got a job but is still going to struggle to ever pay off existing debts. So we are trying to redo their SoA to see whether they would still be likely to qualify for bankruptcy (probably with an IPA this time)

I think I remember seeing some guidelines as to what amount of expenses was generally considered acceptable in each expenditure category (in fact I was fairly certain I had subscribed to the thread but can't find it now). Any ideas where I might find this again?

If not can anyone help with what might be considered acceptable for 1 person living alone for
-Groceries
-Gas & Elec
-Telephone (mobile only)
-Clothing

Thanks in advance
