welcome finance secured loan

hi all a bit of advice is needed,i have a secured loan with these sharks i have complained to the FOS and they found in welcomes favour.while they were investigating m credit file was marked as satisfied and i received a letter from irwin mitchell solicitors acting for welcome saying they have discharged the mortgage and to get it removed from the land registry i would have to pay them £118 for them to do this.i have been sent a default notice giving me 14 days to rectify the breech or they will take action.NOW can they issue a default on an account they have marked satisfied and where would i stand in ccourt if producing the letter from their solicitor and a copy of my credit file.i dont know if they will take me to court as the ombusman said although they didnt find in my favour it is possible if i took them to court i would have a strong case dooouugghh well why didnt they find in my favour.
