I've done it! Mnaged to use microsoft money today. I have tried brfore but could never get past the 'setting up accounts' bit. I skipped that today to do a budget planner so i can keep track of what we are spending. I have been using a cash book and it's been getting really confusing:mad:
I entered all my outgoings and my budget plan and set up a debt management plan the does that snowballing thing.
It has calculated that we can be debt free by DEC 2008 - What a Christmas present that would be!!!
I hope to be able to bring that closer as I have been accepted for 0% for 18 months capital one card. So once i have spent100 pounds on it and payed it off, I will transfer some of the high interest debt onto it.
Also I'm going for a job interview on Thurs. If get it won't make much difference financialy for a few months (extra travelling). But salary will go up by about 500 pounds net after that. So that should speed things up a bit.
Just need to get the job now!;)
