Apologies for my last post, i thought you were on say 8 cups a day
You will go through a slump coming off coffee, theres no two ways about it really but there are ways of managing it, and cutting down the time it takes to rid your system of it.
What herbal teas are you drinking?
And whats your overall diet like?
No probs, i should have said
Herbal tea's like twinings fruit ones, camomile etc I drink parsley tea, rosemary tea, lemon in warm water...i've even added cayenne pepper to hot drinks as this i found out is a natural pick me up and i did like the initial blast but it didn't last that long
My diet is good i tried being Vegan but missed cheese in stuff so i'm veggie now with small amounts of dairy...i use soya mostly, I've been doing this now about 2 months ish, to improve health.
Coffee is doing me no favours i know because i feel wired but i am awake...without coffee i'm mostly horizontal
I think also the withdrawal will make the tiredness worse....i'm going to get some guarana today. Holland and barrett do a tincture which maybe better for me to adjust quantities. As i'm super sensitive to any supplement/medication and coffee
Thanks for all your help :beer:0 -
I used to and sometimes do still take guarana, works well but can cause sleeplessness so best before 1pm IMO. Not quite the same fast paced speeing feeling you can get with caffiene though but a nice slower sort of awake feeling.
That sounds good and its natural..can i ask which brand you use and how much mg is there per capsule as when i have looked there's a multitude of strengths and makes...bit confusing0 -
