new boiler grant???????

i have just looked into the government boiler grants and apparently im not entitled to it although i am pregnant but it seems i will be entitled once i have had a baby which just seems daft.

i am 29,single, self employed and own my own home. the site says you are entitled to the grant if you are pregant and recieve either:

income support
council tax benefit
jsa
pension credit
Income-related Employment and Support Allowance


i dont think that i get any of these, the one thing i do get is working tax credit but it says you are also entitled to it if you get working family tax credit which a think i will be entitled to once the baby arrives. my house is freezing in the winter when the baby is due and i want a boiler before that, is there anything i can do to be entitled???

If you are referring to the Warm Front scheme, you will qualify if you are in receipt of CTC and have an annual income of less than £16,040. If you want a new boiler earlier, is there any reason why you cannot pay?
