porting mortgage

I currently have a mortgage which is made up of two loans which are on seperate interest rates, I am now looking to move and want to port my mortgage to the new property. when i do this will i still have two loans or will the old ones have been paid back and i start afresh with one mortgage loan?? please advise

Porting is new loans, just they are on the same terms as the old ones.
As long as both are with the same lender and portable then you should be able to port, check with the lender.
