Cheap iPod through Comet deals newspaper?

Dont know how many of you would of got this today but it's the advert thing that comes through with national and local newspapers. Anyway, on page 16 of the one I've got today, it lists iPod's for £99, and then below lists all the various sizes, but without listing their own individual price (ie it would appear that a 60gb is also £99). It's presumably a mistake, but if I went into their store with this ad, would I have any chance of getting a 60gb iPod for £99? Is there any law that can be applied to this?

Where it mentions £99, it does not say 'from' £99.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated

From my experience, there is no law that says advertised prices must be upheld.

This is why when price errors are made on websites, companies rarely honour them.

I doubt you'd get the 60GB for £99...read the leaflet, does it have E&OE at the bottom?

That was my initial feeling, but thought I'd ask!

    Thanks for your thoughts.
