Free family fun and Country & Western Music festival in Glengormley on 12 June

Glengormley's first ever Uptown Hoedown will take place this weekend. A day of free family fun (including bouncy castles, arts & crafts and drumming & linedancing workshops, Ulster Model Airplane Club display, Classic Cars display) along with American foodstalls and a craft fair will keep the who family entertained. Elsewhere in the park, why not try out your line dancing skills to the sounds of Fiddler Adam, Gary Gamble, Curtis Magee and Kim Dickinson at the Country Jamboree from 3-6, hear alternative Country & Western from Louisiana Joyride at 7pm, before JP Mac as Johnny Cash takes to the stage as the main act.

Best of all, it's free entry, free family fun and free music.
