Paragon Finance - advise needed

Hi i need some advise as to what to do next. My sister was widowed two years ago and has been experincing difficulties with Paragon finance since her husbands death. The salient difficulties she has expereinced are:

• Not suppplying my sister with a signed agreement on a further advance her husband took out in their joint name with the company (she did not sign a further agreeement and did not know that a further agreement had been made until her husband became ill).
• Following her husbands death she supplied three death certificates and during a converstaion with a representative of the company the representative suggested that the death certificate was a forgery.
• Paragon continuing to take payments for insurance and then not honouring her claim following her husbands death, they advised that the orignal agreeement was for a five year period, they continued to take payments so my siter beleived that she was still covered. Not sure what agreements were reached with the further advance as have no paperwork
• A finanical assessment for has been completed that clearly indicated that my sister is not in a position to pay anything further on this account on her current income and living expenses. Paragon insit that she is able to make payments of £190 per month from her income.
• On an original loan of £6000 and a further advance of £10,000 she has paid in excess of £30.000 and has been advised that she still owes in excess of £20,000
