Would definatelyhave to be my
Kenwood Chef
cos when my first one broke I was sooo miserable until I managed to get another one. I use it all the time.
The preserving pan inherited from grandmother in law
which has been used not only to make lots of jams/chutneys etc but also gets put to use for big batches of bolognaise sauce etc.
The freezer
There have been just so many times that it has saved the day either by preserving my fantastic bargain buys or by producing a meal from nowhere when given no notice.
It would have been nice to not have included electrical items like the Kenwood and the freezer but then family life was different back before electrickery was invented and we adapt to changing circumstances whilst holding dear to what's important - doing the best we can for our families.True wealth lies in contentment - not cash.
