Body casting

Do any of you good people know how to make a body cast of someone. Do I need " mod rock " stuff or is this not the right stuff??
Also where can I get the stuff to make the cast??

Thanks quoia, but I wanted to DIY and not pay someone else to do it! Need to know how it is done and what are the materials involved?

As far as what I`m casting .......... well it`s my children`s hands and feet for mementoes! so nothing outrageous...... yet!!
