Agricultural wage rise

Hi
Can anyone tell me when defra gives the yearly percentage wage rise to farm workers please? when did the new % comes in to effect? and what percentage is it for this year? i thought it came into effect in April but ive googled it and cant find what im looking for.

I don't know but considering the way this country is in I would have thought it would be reckless of DEFRA to force increases willy nilly on businesses.The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
