One poll cashback

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and i'm sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I had been using quidco and have had great results, making about £400 from about £35 doing all the gambling promotions.

I then heard about one poll cashback and signed up. I complete an offer that actually flashed up when I signed into my account claiming VIP offer. This was to gamble £20 on prestige casino, receive £20 cashback and and additional £35 from one poll cashback.

I completed the offer with the click being registered on the site. However, the transaction has never tracked and several weeks later and numerous emails to onepollcashback there has been absoultely no reply.

Does anyone know how to get a response from them or have experienced similar issues.

If you are contemplating using this site I would definitely NOT recommend it.

Any help or advice would be really appreciated.

I've never used the cashback site, but have been a member of onepoll for years. When the cashback site started I compared the cashback offered with that of Quidco and found more often than not Quidco gave a higher %, so I ignored all the emails to join onepoll. It does take a while for them to send you your money when you eventually accumulate £40 so I'd expect the service to be just the same on the cashback side. Sorry no help, but I hope you get it sorted.

Ive received soz cant do pound sign,40 pounds ok from onepoll surveys but been waiting over 3 wks now for 2 youngpoll payments for my kids.Ive sent several e mails but no reply.My kids not happy!

I received a payout from one poll cashback but did have to submit a ticket to get it. I would like to close it though as I'm doing better with Top cashback on the whole. Can't find a 'close account' link. Any one have any ideas?

I am a great fan of onepoll... and this led me on to trying onepoll cashback. I have been a 'quidco' user for a while but thought I would give someone else a try...

I have found onepoll cashback not to be trusted... either the technology doesn't work... or the retailer / sites are unable to do their job.

The help desk should be called the unhelpful desk and practically does nothing if there is a case of missing cashback. Out of about 6 transactions I have made, 3 have not worked... but there is no explanation from the 'help'desk and nothing you can do about it.

I am going to close my account and avoid them in future... i recommend others do the same... i will stick with quidco thanks
