    Neither did i, but i just phoned them and said they would send pack out straight away.

    I have been registered with this for a long time, but never received anything. So I just logged in to check my details and noticed at the bottom of the page that I wasn't registered to receive information by post. It states you need to opt in to receive stuff by post for them to send out the 'big birthday packs'. My DS2's birthday next month so hopefully this time we will get something. Thanks to OP for reminding me of this one!
