hi guys

Does anyone know of any company that may do a gaurented finance on a static caravan on a holiday park. Im looking at a site where i can stay for 11mths of the year rather than renting which i cant really afford and will have nothing to show at the end off it.

I previously had fantastic credit however in 2009 my business partner did a runner and left the company in a mess and i was made bankcrupt, however was discharged early after investigations.

So I would need a company that would take on poor credit marks on the file, however i would pay a little higher apr to be able to get a loan?

I think as someone who was bankrupt less than 18months ago you will find it very difficult to get any credit, especially something large enough to purchase a static caravan.

Do you pay council tax on a property? Most caravan sites have rules that state it must not be your main residence. People have tried this before, 11 months in a caravan and 1 month in a hotel, but it doesn't work now. Proof of property is required, usually a copy of your council tax bill in your name.

Yeah I currently have a rented property and pay council tax, I checked with the site i want and they said its not a problem most people on the site live there for 11mths of the year
