    have to say, i dont like these jointly hosted tournaments
    poland & ukraine both get a bye to the finals
    2 nations that would usually struggle to qualify
    seems a joke, for a tournament that only has 16 teams to need to be shared over 2 countries, when SA are managing to host a 32 team tournament on their own perfectly well!

    I'd be all for a 32 team Euro finals (I'm sure there would still be enough interest and it would only mean 1 extra game for the finalists.

    It'd sure bring a lot more money into the economy with more visitng fans.

    I do remember when it was only 8 teams though.
