Best eye cream - crepiness

I have always had under eye bags ever since I was quite young, so would welcome some advice on products for these, but I recently have noticed crepiness on the upper lid, if I pinch it the pinch stays for FAR too long! What has anyone found is the best product for this - don't have £85 to spend, unfortunatley!

Please dont spend £85 even if you have it, I have great results with a combo of De Tuinen Snail Gel from H&B and Age Defy Serum (although atm there are ordering issues with this) there are threads on here for both products, I dont have under eye bags but these products together are a huge help for my sagging eyelids:( OH and dd have eye bags, they both hate them and OH has been stealing my Clarins under eye cream (from my beauty bible trial) and really likes it, I believe Aldi products get excellent reviews and are unbeatable value, not tried them yet myself but I will in the future.

Basics that help me are lots of water (yawn), not too many cigarettes:o and sleep, I would also recommend Maybelline Satin Liquid foundation, it seems to go on effortlessly and gives a more plumped look it is slightly shiney but I like that atm, you could just dab it with a tissue one its set to take away most of the shine if you dont like it - hope that starts you off:)

Seriously- learn to like water- it took me a while but I can now drink water without gagging (it used to make me throw up) its worth carrying with you a 500ml bottle of water and aiming to get through that each day at least, then adding to it when you can, water makes a huge difference.

Also eating your 5-a-day. Please try this, steam veg lightly and eat fruit raw, eat 5 portions a day but more if you can manage, a portion is 80-120 grams, try this for 2 weeks every day, you WILL notice a difference!

As for sleep, I think ur bodies adjust but if you are feeling tierd then maybe you need to reasses your lifestyle and what goes on, learning to say no, teaching others to listen to 'no' and etc. Going to bed earlier if you have to get up earlier, easier said then done but if your wanting your skin (and digestion and stress levels, cooridination, brain power....) to work better then this is definetly one to consider.

hmmm, depends why your skin is sensitive, I would say the snail gel and Age Defy serum I use will be fine (no mineral oil), I'm not a huge Clarins fan (apart from the smell) and usually react to their products, cant say about the Aldi ones as I haven't got that far yet:)
