Wrong product delivered (misprice?), what's my rights?

I didn't actually know for sure it was a misprice, it was quite feasibly a genuine offer; I purchased two to use in crossfire mode.
I've now sent the cards back and are awaiting a refund. I agree them being based in Germany and being an Amazon Marketplace seller complicates things.
So, basically with all 'misprices' doesn't matter what status the order gets to they don't have to supply. A refund will suffice.
However, if they do deliver the goods before realising their mistake can they then claim the goods back/charge you extra?
