St.Andrews (Fife) University pays for survey/experiement participants

If you ever have a few hours to kill in St.Andrews, once you've registered at the following address:

You can sign up to do paid studies. You don't have to have any connection to the university at all. Most of the studies are paid (up to 20 pounds/hour, but most are a fiver for doing some questionnaires.)

You aren't going to make a lot of money, but you are going to really help some students with their research (they actually struggle to find people to do these surveys and some are crying out for volunteers.) You can also request feedback from the students about the studies they are doing, and have a look inside St.Mary's College, which has a tree that was supposedly planted by Mary Queen of Scots.

Studies aimed at elder volunteers pay better. In study sign up page you can see the ones that are available. Of course I am adding this at the wrong time of the year as it is almost the summer holidays, but worth a look if you live nearby. The experiments can be quite interesting and most take much less time than advertised.
