I phoned them this morning and they said that the tickets were non-refundable but i could pay the extra on the gate.0

When I used the code I had no problems at all.
I printed the admission voucher out and took it to the gate, they just scanned the barcode and ticked me off on a list.
This was at the Warrington one, to be honest I think they should have paid us to go, it was dirty, tired looking and the rides were very poor for the admission charge. I will not be going again nor recommend it to a friend!0
