Hi, i just done the live chat and they have credited the A2 offer in my a/c £5.14. But when i log in to pay the A2 print jumps up to £9.99 plus £2.99 postage and only deducting the £5.14, leaving me with £7.84 to pay... How did you get around this as a existing customer? Thanks.

mine arrived this morning, after only appling early yesterday afternoon! very impressed nice picture of our dog, great service, and nicley wrapped in tissue paper! will use again
