Hi can anyone help me please.
I have been a member of DW Fitness since end of September last year. I rang them a month ago to cancel my membership, being over the 6 months you have to give to cancel the membership in the first place. I was told I would get June, July, August and Sept back and this would take 2 weeks.
I rang them this morning a month later only to find my account has been flagged saying I will only get July back and the women had only just found out since logging onto my account. Which is not fair as I still need August and September. I postponed my membership for one month due to personal reasons so I also have October added onto the end which I have been told I will not get refunded as in effect it is free, when its not really as I have still paid, no on is out of pocket on the gym side and dont have to do anything to enable this to happen. I am out of pocket £5 for doing this.
I want my money back but I dont know where to go next as she would put me through to head office. Can anyone help me, I am so angry right now!
