I love books and the Works always seem to have great buys for me. Anyway I just thought that I would share that I had found the complete set of Morganville Vampire books for £1.99 each or 3 for £5. Great teen books which are popular with the whole Twilight craze now. These are all the new style black covers too. They are full price in Waterstones and WH Smiths or 3 for 2 if lucky so a really good buy.
I also found the first 3 books of the Harper Connely series by Charlaine Harris which writes the Sookie Stachouse / True Blood books also £1.99 or 3 for £5
Anyone seen anything else great in The Works?

I always get great deals from the works, for me its cookery books they have loads of them starting from as low as 59p with some great recipes in, the you also get the higher end ones at huge discounts too

They are also worth checking at christmas time, for the past couple of years we have got some great stocking fillers for the kids from there for next to nothing, the biggest bargain was an Ozbozz mini skate board a couple of years ago at the time time they were 20 quid in argos got 1 from the works for a fiver!!!!"You can measure a man's character by the choices he makes under pressure"Sir Winston Churchill0 -

Got to say I love 'The Works' also. The more books you buy, the cheaper the postage pro-rata. I tend to buy about 20 books at a time. Bit of a bookworm I'm afraid!0
