ok i've had a go at this, need help from others too. your petrol, food and utilities are very high, please look at my comments above
as it is just you going br, the soa should be based on your income plus partners contribution to the household, not their full income or their expenses.
hope this helps a little bit
hopefully some others will comment too x0 -

You say you have your own well hence no water rates, do you not pay for sewerage (sp) and drainage for rain fall? if not, you may find you should, on the first at least, if not the second0

hi sadnblue, the bit that is throwing it out is the fact that you dont have any rent or mortgage listed, it is ok to put an amount down as rent to your father in law, no one would expect you to live there for free. Apart from that what confused has said is pretty much spot onHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -

You are still showing a deficit at the moment (without paying rent) and need to bring that down as much as possible as the OR will want to know how you are going to manage if you have no credit to fall back on.
Are yuo getting all benefits you are entitled to? www.entitledto.co.uk
