PPI that covers Maternity Leave

Quick question is there such a PPI policy that exists the covers maternity leave?

Well I assume since you would be leaving work of your own free will then that would fall foul of most PPI's.
Plus it would just not make sense for a company to do this as you could simply take the cover out 1 month before leaving and hence never actually pay any real premiums.
And the 1 other tripping point is that if it is maternity leave then chances are you are going to be still employed, just simply on extended leave.0
