I'm off to my bed now to get up at 6.30 am for appointment at 8.30 am for health survey at hospital that I had forgot all about until I checked my diary just a little while ago

Under 5 hours sleep (if I get to sleep straight away) - Niddy, how do you do it all the time?

    Nite all

MUST get some done, thanks for the reminder, I like most quines have a bag fetish tee hee :) but first things first...LAST night's chores (cos I was exhausted and I now have a summer cold :p) and then go from there...

Now I have just learnt multiquote on 'new' MSE (initially last night I thought the wifey meant microsoft something or other baby-doh.jpg) I have found it only takes 3 so in response to Handyman...you be paranoid...I be paranoid, confused, hormonal and getting paid for it :D. Maybe it's time you applied for attendance allowance? :xmassign:

Up too early. Sleep pattern even more kerfunked. Pray I can get an afternoon nap or something and get this sorted. GP good yesterday pm (I used to fear her :(). Have WR @ 9.45 then training scheme. Cos I was so tired last night no trip to Mr S (and so need to go) but had a good chat to Ma yesterday am (after my steam) and things WILL improve till they go derriere up again in a few months.

Weight okay this am = 59.4...that's about right. It can just stay there:T. No more...no less. Still a little obsessive about the scales but if it's stays at 59.4/5 for ages the scales will lose their appeal :D..

Blessings and I have 'issues' with MSE cos I still don't have my no.2 star:mad:

Handy's off to put his head in the oven! Don't Try this at home folks! woke up with a bad sun tan and a mop that looks like a lifetime of bad hair days  Oow that sofa's hard. Erme, Mrs H is allways calling me paraniod. I prefer to think that I am attuned to varying situations. Summer colds are the worst. A lot of people get symptoms after Very high pollen levels. I spend at least 2 days each week cutting grass, I'm not normally affected, but this week streaming nose, runny eyes, lousey taste in mouth. Theres something in the Air (and I'm not talking conspiracy):rotfl:
Bright and Sunny again in Scrumpy Land, could do with one of GeeBee's coffee's.

Best wishes to all, handy is off to find something to remove the sofa from his back.
