Not sure if I have gone off at a tangent but these people http://www.adviceandguidance.org.uk/our_clients.php say their clients include the places on that list including westyorkshire nextstep - who in turn seem to have offices in Leeds. Would it be worth contacting with the advice & guidance fold to see if they know a place that offers it -or these nextstep folk.

Numpty - can the CAB give you any advice about the course (sorry if that's a really stupid question) or the JobCentre (sorry, that's probably even more stupid..). How about Business Link - they were very helpful when I asked them about courses.
Hope you get some info on it, sounds right up your street.
