Yeah, I'd heard about niddy yesterday (but knew he wasn't ready for his announcement then), hope he finds it less abusive from the trolls etc over there.

Hi Tixy, Son Nick more or less lives with his Nan, He has a flat just down the road. He was only out for an hour and a bit. That's all it take though.

He's taking it hard. All being well, son Jon - The Con who lives in Cornwall will come up in the morning and If I haven't got back on the road, then he can get his mum up to Rotherham and I will follow on when the cars fixed.

Nothing I cant fix but I need a spare part that may take till Tuesday to get hold of.

It's Murphey's Law Just as things start to get a little better it all goes pear shaped.

Hi Ames, If you caught my last post. Meeting up for a beer with Numpty and yourself will have to be put on hold till we know what's happening with MIL. Will let you know how we're fixed when we get up North.

What a complete nightmare for you and Mrs H. Glad you've had one piece of goods news today about Mrs H's knee, but the rest is awful. Hope you mange to get the car sorted tomorrow and, if not, Mrs H manages to get to see her mum. It's awful when elderly relatives start losing their balance and falling - same thing happened to my mum last year, it's very worrying.

Be careful with all that driving though.

Let's hope niddy's happier in his new home, should be troll-free anyway.

Spoon - not sure if it was you who asked if I'd had any time to myself but the answer is no not yet. Unfortunately my DD flat was flooded this morning by the people above. The celing, wallpaper and flooring are all ruined in the hallway so it's now a waiting game til they decide what compensation she will get and whether they will do the redecorating or not:( Long drive again tomorrow so probably won't really get to wind down until next week. Just have to keep up with the red bull and pro plus:eek::rotfl:
