    Hi everyone :hello:
Hope everyone has had a good day. I don't know what it is but I am soooooo tired all the time, obviously I'm not getting enough sleep and have been running around all over the place and doing a lot of driving but I don't think I've ever felt this tired all the time. I suppose age comes into it as well, there must come a point where you say to yourself, OK I need to slow down a bit now but how do you do that when there is so much to do and so many people demanding your time (family I mean) my DD thinks I am her private taxi service and suppose in a way I am:o. Sorry to go on but just feel exhausted at the moment and feel like running away and letting them all get on with it.

I thought all the driving you were doing was work related - if it is family related you're gonna have to tell 'em to ease off on their demands on you - and if you are that tired, BL, you should really go to the docs and get checked out - you could be run down, anaemic, have a virus, or any other of a number of things - but even it it is just with doing too much, you should get checked out anyway, just to be safe

Slow down and have some ME time BL before your body tells you 'no more'

You know it makes sense .................. :D

    Hi BL,
You're doing too much, that's why you're so tired (sorry, bit blunt, didn't mean it to come out like that). Driving is really tiring, especially in the heat, and you've been doing a lot recently.

You really need to get some time to yourself or you could end up being ill and then they'll have to manage without you.

Please look after yourself and put you first for a change.

    ((hugs))

Thanks 3Dogs and Spoon. I know what you are saying is right and I think it is time for me to put a stop to it all. I suppose I am just feeling a bit down at the moment as there doesn't seem to be any let-up. Some of the driving has been sort of work related as I do some voluntary work for the hospital picking up patients for appointments but have had to ease off on that a bit lately. I will try and get some early nights and see how it goes, if no change then I will go to the Dr's. Thanks for your advice it is much valued.

On a brighter note, that cake looks so tempting I might just forget I'm on a diet for now. Yuuummmmm!
