I'm off to bed soon - it's early for me but we got to get up early tomorrow to take Bonnie to the vets and some bits to the auction hall. Bonnie is hoping her buster collar can come off tomorrow - she has her paws crossed.

See you all in the morning 000201F3.gif

"Evening All, said Handy in his best Dixon Of Dock Green voice. If you don't know who handy's on about, then that proves I'm over 18.

Hi all, hope everybodys well and has had a good Sunday, Erme hope the cold is getting better. Fingers crossed on the interview Borrasic.

Car boot today wasnt bad. 1 1/2 hours and only took £1.00 we finished clearing £65.00 so not bad. One Mans prized posesion is another mans junk and vice versa.

Mrs Handy had to stay behind and see to Lord Hooray, he's in a mess during the night the heamatoma on his leg burst leaving an ulcer the size of an orange. No one knew till 9 am and all Lady H could do was shout at him for soiling the sheets and bleeding on the £25.00 sq yd White bedroom carpet. No they have never slept together, so how would she know. Her bedroom 30 x 50 with seperate on suite and walk in wardrobe, his "Dressing Room" 12 x15 with on suite.

Mrs H patched him up as best she could (retired nurse) till the district nurse came, she said she couldnt understand why he was discharged while like this? Another sucsess for NHS Geriatric care.

Handy will be back tomorrow, this time with a story. I would like to leave you with this thought.

A Day without Laughter is like a Day without Sunshine. Charlie Chaplin.

Goodnight and may your God Go with you (Dave Allen). Cheers handyman.

Evening, Handy... I remember Dixon of Dock Green very well... so definitely over 18

Glad the car boot went OK, not such good news about Lord H though...... Look forward to another story tomorrow and love the Dave Allen saying, I really miss him, very gifted man.

'Night 3Dogs, hope Bonnie gets on OK tomorrow and can lose the dreaded collar...

Whiskey Honey and Lemon. Pour in a drop of hot water. If that doesn't work leave out the Water, Honey and Lemon. :rotfl::rotfl:

    Cheers, handy

    Hi swanfan,
Oh no...... that's awful..... Honey (plus a bit of whisky) is what you need - coats the tubes and stops the irritation ...

Other than that, follow Handy's recipe - you won't know anything until the morning.

Me too, swanfan. Hope you have a peaceful night watching the videos - there are much worse ways to spend a night.

    See you tomorrow.
