Hi
Worth checking with your GP. My daughter-in-law gets an expensive lotion on prescription for my grandson (can't remember the name), as he was allergic to the normal high-factor stuff (Soltan).
I know it was really expensive otherwise.
Hope this helps.0 -
Depends if there any you have tried yet.
Brands like Simple, Sotltan Sensitive, Uvistat, Piz Buin Allergy are designed for sensisitve skin and those who have conditions that can be aggrivated by sun creams.
Uvistat is often prescribed for people who struggle with finding a sun cream to suit, it is about £14 a bottle and rarely on any offers. Simple is currently buy 1 get 1 free in Boots and around £10 a bottle.
Let us know if there is anything you have tried that hasn't agreed with you!

:eek:To be honest, I never usual wear suntan lotion last year I bought asda suntan lotion but only used it once as I came out in a rash, however this year as soon as the sun came out my skin has been really sore and itchy and I think its time to start to take better care of my skin. I bought a hat yesterday as my middle pattern on my head got burnt as well. :eek:0 -
OP, do you mean sun protection lotion or sun tan lotion? (Just wondering what sun tan lotion is).0

That just proves how bad I am at using lotion lol. I want the one that protects you from burning, I guess that must be the sun protection lotion? Although for the past few days all we have had is heavy rain in Scotland so maybe our sunshine is over now.
Thanks for your help everyone!:A0 -
it may be worth asking your pharmacist if they've got any small samples of any for sensitive skin?Signature removed for peace of mind0
