Halifax Reward Current Account Name

I've just opened a Halifax Reward Current Account for my mom and set her up with Internet banking, but when she logs in, the accounts show as Halifax Current Account, not a Reward Current Account.

Does she need to do anything, or will they change automatically?

Can't offer too much help, other than that I've just logged into mine and it's listed as:

Perhaps it'll work itself out in a couple of days...

Give them a ring mine says reward account too, we have 3 in all, mine, OH and joint. I get £5 from each, each month just moving £1k on each account

From memory they change after 48 hours into Halifax Reward Current Account, so don't panic just yet.

Also be aware that when I made my first deposit the money shows in the account online, but then vanishes the next day. Then 24 hours later re-appears. This happened on all 3 of my reward accounts, so don't panic.

I've logged in this morning (Tuesday), 2 days after creating the account, and all is correctly displayed.
