Is that 60 per month on food- if so WELL DONE!
Whats ASU insurnace??? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

£60.00 is on food this covers 2 adults and 1 little monster plus 3 cats and 1 dog, it is a case of tesco value everything and making lots in bulk, this also covers most cleaning products and toiletries etc also Cat Litter as out 3 are house cats. This is the amount i work to i dont always manage it but 9 times out of 10:o

My Car insurance 39.92 480 quid - that's quite high. Definitely shop round

ZS tax 15.00
ZT tax 20.00
Mortgage 727.50
Sky 18.00
Gas 23.00
House insurance 27.70 This house + buildings? £332/year not bad - might be able to get a bit off it.
Car insurance
Bt Broad band 17.99 Should be able to get one for £15 or less - not much of a saving, but a bit
Bt (calls & Line) 22.01 Try using the over-ride providers - probably save you a few quid
Mobile Voda 38.00 Do you really need both of these? Have you checked if there's a cheaper plan?
Mobile Voda 30.00
Electric 20.00
ZS Car payment 255.46 Do you really need 2 cars? Would it be possible to get rid of one? Or possibly sell one/both and buy something cheaper?
Zt Car Payment 147.67
Insurance 21.45

TSB CC £3293.45 What's the APR on these 2 cards and the O/D?
M&S Credit card £1225.99
Natwest o/d £1000.000 -
can you add (edit the original) the minimum monthly payments on the CC
also what is 'insurance 21.45'
also you have any entry 'car insurance ' with no number against it
does ZT and ZS refer to yourselves?
and 'ZT tax' mean car tax?0 -
Hi
A/S/U/ Insurance 57.08 Dunno much about this, but possibly worth shopping round- HAve had a look at this and due to me being a little on the large side it puts the price up, but i will have another look.
My Car insurance 39.92 480 quid - that's quite high. Definitely shop round-
Have to be honest I hadn't realised they had put my insurance up so much this year so will be shopping around ASAP
Mobile Voda 38.00 Do you really need both of these? Have you checked if there's a cheaper plan? - Although their are cheaper plans when we have changed before it has cost more as we have lost some of our inclusive calls etc.
Mobile Voda 30.00
ZS Car payment 255.46 Do you really need 2 cars? Would it be possible to get rid of one? Or possibly sell one/both and buy something cheaper?
With the cars we need 2 cars as we work in op directions both aprox 15 miles away from home, we have looked at public transport but it would take either of us about 2 hours each way so not an option, We are also in that wonderfull situation that both cars are worth less than we owe on them so to sell now would mean we are in negative equity.:eek:Lightbulb moment August 2006

On a positive note....
With a monthly food budget of £60 to feed 2 adults, a littl'un, a dog and three cats, you need to stick around and give the rest of us some advice on how you do itIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Thanks spud.
It's lots of Tesco Value stuff and cooking chilli, spag boll and stuff all at once and freezing for the month. Cats and Dog are all on Tesco own brand food and also get left overs and stuff. DH has value beans on Value Toast for Lunch etc.Lightbulb moment August 2006
