Covering Letter Advice

Sorry, looking for more advice again.

There is a new hotel opening up in my area and they're looking for several staff members (including in an area I'm interested in). They are having an Open Day on Wednesday and have placed a large advert in today's newspaper. The advert basically says:
Please bring your CV along on the day.

You can email any questions or your CV in advance.

If you send your CV in advance we may contact you before the recruitment day to arrange an interview.

I plan to go to the event on Wednesday and also now send my CV in beforehand. How should I go about wording it so as to show I'd be interested in having an interview with them on Wednesday?
