Congratulations on the new contract Mike. I've got some salmon in the oven if anyone wants a bit. I've only got red wine so could I swap it for a glass of white?????

Yes, I put it in the freezer for a bit, it's lovely and chilled now! I've got to disappear for a bit to give hubby a lift to the pub (he's off out on a leaving do), so will be back shortly - don't drink all the wine before I get back!
