Me too, I think it was a fix as they had got most of the info so 'let's screen him out so we don't have to pay him'.
This happened countless times until the penny dropped !Thanks to MSE I cleared £37k of debt in five years and I was lucky enough to meet Martin to thank him personally.0 -
Dear Mrs. Bartalozzi,
I have requested payments from Ciao on the 8th and 29th May and still have not received any payments. I have checked my paypal account
and the ciao survey account which states that the payment iss processing. I have since won £200.00 on the sweepstakes with them in June and have requested the money from them on the 8th June, Shouldd I maybe send them an enquiry to see if the money is processing as Im not sure ????
I appreciate they taake time to process but as I havent received apayment yet from them, Im worried I might not get my prize winningss???
Thanks in advance
Takes approx 6-8 for payments to be paid. Take no notice of the "processing" bit. As long as the amount you requested is there then you'll get paid.
I've had payments where they are still showing as processing about a month after I've actually had the payment . :rotfl:0 -
Finally today I received notification from paypal that my payment from ciao is finally here....Thaanks for your help Mrs. Bartalozzi, it has helped me much...

how many ciao survey sites are there? i have 2?! one with £0.00 and another with £14. withdrew anyway. the switch to toluna means u therefore lose as they convert it?!
baffling! but ciao is just as bad as toluna.0 -
I didn't have a good experience with them. I got surveys for 50p,£1 and £2 up until i got close to a fiver then all i would get were 10p ones and the 10 minute estimate was very optimistic, the only way i completed them in 10minutes as if i didnt read them. I'm now quite happy to have stopped caio surveys and stuck with the better ones. i also tried toluna and they were just as bad value.0
