Hi all
First time poster, so bear with me if this has been put on before.
Have recently bought a flat and I'm going to need to furnish it completely, as the previous owners are taking everything!!
Now, I've got budget for this, but I wondered if I could save a few pennies by getting my kitchen appliances from a "Scratch and Dent" type-place? Or am I just as well going for some good deals from the mainstream retailers?
I'm in Aberdeen, for what it's worth!!

How about looking at your British Heart Foundation Store 236 Union Street.?
They have a Furniture and Electrical store there, major bargains for all parts of your flat. White goods and sofas, tables etc. Its not all old fashioned stuff, often loads of Ikea type stuff too.0
